My review: This is such a fun book! I love the Snow Valley books, I'm sad this is the last one by this author. But this one was so great! I loved everything about it!

It's a novella, so it's short. You can read it and escape for an afternoon. Those are some of my favorite kinds.

I love the characters. There's Daisy. She's a famous singer hiding out from the media. At the beginning of the story, you know something is wrong with her, but it takes a little bit for the reader to know just what's going on. And even longer for the other characters in the book to know what was wrong. I like the way she was willing to help her brother and his wife when they need help with their little one, even though she had bigger problems of her own.

Then there's Jamison. He understood a little of how Daisy felt about her privacy from his time playing basketball. Now he's a cowboy and a really great older brother. I loved watching him with his younger brothers, even going so far as to dress up as Thor when his brother insisted that Jamison take him trunk or treating. He was such a gentleman, I love that even when he thought Daisy wanted nothing to do with him, he stayed to help her when she needed help the most.

I love Snow Valley in these books, it really has come alive and jumped off the pages for me. Make sure you take the time to read this sweet love story, you won't regret it!

I was sent an e-copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.
