Blog Tour - Freedomfactor.org

It's Friday and normally that would mean one of my personal favorites would be spotlighted here. Today I'm talking about something that is and should be near and dear tot the hearts of all of us who live in this country, the United States Constitution.

I am teaming with Stan Ellsworth, best known as the host of American Ride to help spread the message of FreedomFactor.Org. Their mission is to unite Americans by helping people to better understand the U.S. Constitution. They have already distributed 16 million pocket size constitutions but need help to achieve their goal of distributing 100 million constitutions! Their hope is that as people read and study the constitution, they will be reminded that it was designed to protect: peace, prosperity, and freedom!

I have to just admit that the U.S. Constitution is not something I personally have read all of. I've read bits and pieces of it in school just like everyone else. But I definitely see a real need as a nation to understand what the founders of our country had intended when they wrote it and to do that we really need to read it, and study it. It needs to become a part of who we are and what we stand for as a country. It brought our country together once when they wrote it and I know that it can bring our country back together again as we deal with the divisiveness of our times. I am excited to use the pocket sized constitution they sent me to not only read and study myself, but to teach our kids the principles and ideas that I believe were inspired when they were written by the great men who wrote them.
