My review: Six Sisters Stuff is one of my favorite websites for great recipes. I have used tons of their recipes, I have gone to their launch parties and had a blast, and I just plain love them. They're amazing!

I was super excited to see that they had a new cookbook coming out, and even more excited when it ended up in my mailbox a couple of weeks before it was officially released. I had so much fun thumbing through it!

I love the way it's set up by the months of the year, with specific things for specific months. That's the funnest idea. I love that each month also includes a tradition that is kind of specific to the Six Sisters and their families, but you could make it your own, either by simply doing exactly the same thing that they do or adapting their traditions to fit your own needs.

The pictures in this one are fabulous, that's why I included these shots that I found on Deseret Book's website. So much fun! There are a bunch of recipes and ideas in this one that I can't wait to try! Make sure to grab your very own copy!

I was sent a copy of this cookbook in exchange for an honest review.

Now for the recipe. I found this one in the August section and it was perfect for using the peaches I bought at my local farmer's market. So yummy! And I loved how simple and easy it was to put together.

Homemade Fresh Peach Milkshakes

3 Medium-sized peaches, peeled and sliced
4 cups vanilla ice cream
1 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Serve and enjoy.
