I am probably really weird, but one of my favorite things I do every day is a workout. I don't like to do the same things over and over again and I'm not one to spend money on a gym membership. One of the things I've found that I really like is Fitness Blender.
I like that you have a few options on their workouts. You can find workouts on their website. Or you can use their YouTube channel, this is what I do almost all of the time. I like that I can use it on Apple TV, or Roku, or even when I'm on vacation with my phone.
I like a lot of things about Fitness Blender's workouts. They are usually hard, not in the you can't do them way, but in the challenge yourself and grow and develop way. I like that they have tons of different things you can try. They have workouts for dumbells, balance balls, kettlebells, all different activity levels, they do cardio, hiit, barre, kickboxing, pilates, yoga. You can really find anything you want to do on their site or channel - and it's all FREE!
They do have programs you can buy as well. They have workout programs, and eating programs. They also have recipes, I haven't tried any of this stuff yet, but I'm sure I eventually will. I really like the idea of them putting together a workout calendar where I would be able to work through all the muscle groups in a specified time period and not feel like I'm working the same muscle groups over and over.
I really like both Kelly and Daniel. It's fun to work out with them, you almost feel like you "know" them from their workouts. It's almost like having a friend to workout with, and it's something I look forward to every morning! I like getting my workout complete with them, and I feel like I'm getting stronger and doing the exercises with better form every time I do a workout.
