Taggart's Grill is my current favorite adult place. You know, the kind of place that is super yummy but a bit on the pricey side and there's no way you'd ever take your picky kids there, this is that place! It was my amazing mother-in-law's birthday last week and this is the place that we decided to go with the adults to celebrate.
I love their menu, there's something for everyone! In our group, we tried a little of everything. A lot of us had the enchiladas and they are so good! Someone had the soup and salad. Someone had the fish and chips. And several had hamburgers. There wasn't a complaint about anything we ate. The food is so good! Literally everything I've tried has been amazing.
And we tried something new this time. Their Rosemary Parmesan Bread. It looks like a roll in this picture, but it's huge! It's only $1.99 and seriously, 3 or 4 of us ate it. I had it with no butter and it was fantastic!
I love the setting, it's up Morgan canyon. The canyon is beautiful and peaceful. The landscaping is beautiful. And it's really fun to see the peacocks wandering around, when we were there they kept jumping on the roof above us, it was so funny!
You can't go wrong with the desserts. We don't usually buy desserts out, but at Taggart's it's almost a necessity. Especially when the first thing you walk in and see is this! And you can't go wrong with any of them. We love the Carrot cake. We've had and really enjoyed the Mousse cake and Mom's Chocolate Cake is amazing! They warm that one and there's a layer of cheesecake inside. So amazing! I'm getting hungry just thinking about it!
