My review: I love using my slow cooker to make meals. It makes my day so much easier, so I'm always happy when I find not only a great cookbook to help me make my life easier, but a great blog as well. I hadn't heard of Sarah Olson's blog www.themagicalslowcooker.com before I got this cookbook, but you can bet I've checked it out and subscribed to get emails when she posts to it now. This book is full of great recipes for great food, it has beautiful pictures and great tips. I love that Sarah Olson was able to put her personality into the book by adding blurbs about her life in Oregon and her family before each recipe. I've made several recipes from this one and I've loved them. One of her recipes is for Tator Tot Casserole in the slow cooker. I have to admit that I'd never thought of making it that way before, although I've made other casseroles in my slow cooker. What a way to make a busy afternoon easier and to get through that crazy time of day a little bit less crazy. Check out this great cookbook, you won't be sorry!

I was sent a copy of this cookbook in exchange for an honest review.
