Working It Out A chance encounter . . . Grace Warren's life is safe and predictable—exactly the way she likes it. But when she gets roped into going to an auction to help out a friend, everything changes. She meets Seth Tuttle—a guy who unexpectedly kisses her then disappears, leaving her flustered and upset. If she never sees him again, it will be too soon.
A chance for love . . . Weeks later, when Seth limps into Grace's rehab clinic post surgery, she immediately recognizes him. Unfortunately, he's every bit as frustrating and annoying as she remembered. Yet there's something about him that makes her second-guess her carefully placed boundaries even though he's everything she's sure she doesn't want in a man. But maybe Seth is exactly what Grace has needed all along—assuming she's willing to risk safe and predictable for a chance at love.

My Review Grace Warren likes her life just as it is, she's not looking to make any big changes. But one night at a bachelor auction, her life changes and it will never be the same. The only reason she went to the auction in the first place was that her co-worker, Cameron, begged her to bid on him after his fiance could no longer make it. Grace takes the time to get all ready for the black tie event, only to have some man outbid her for Cameron by a lot...what a jerk. Seth the jerk, sees only a beautiful woman that seems to have wanted to bid for the man he just bid an obscene amount of money for, he only wanted to get the money to the cause so that his friend Lanna would have to finally take his money. The woman is pretty, she's accused him of being gay, so he kisses her and doesn't regret it, even when she stomps from the room. Neither of them ever planned on seeing the other again, but when Seth is hurt while doing one of his daredevil tricks, Grace is recommended as the best physical therapist in Seattle. Grace never wanted to see Seth again and groans when she sees him waiting in the waiting room, but ever the professional, she chooses to treat him, even when he doesn't recognize her or apologize for the unwanted kiss - the kiss she can't get out of her mind. Will Grace be willing to even give Seth a chance? Or will he crash and burn for a second time?

I loved this book! Rachael Anderson is one of my very favorite clean romance authors, her characters are always interesting, full of life and seem as though they walk off the pages of her books so that you can get to know them. I love Grace and Seth, their story works so well. I love how they each bring out the best in each other. I love the story line, it's sweet, but you really don't know what's going to be coming or how it's going to turn out. I really enjoyed the ending and the way that both Grace and Seth learned something from their experiences and were both able to change. If you haven't read any of Rachael Anderson's other books, you'd better get started, because they are awesome!

Author Rachael Renee Anderson Rachael Anderson is the author of five novels (Working It Out, The Reluctant Bachelorette, Minor Adjustments, Luck of the Draw, and Divinely Designed) and two novellas (Twist of Fate, from the All I Want anthology and The Meltdown Match from The Timeless Romance Anthology: Summer Wedding Collection). She's the mother of four and is pretty good at breaking up fights, or at least sending guilty parties to their rooms. She can't sing, doesn't dance, and despises tragedies. But she recently figured out how yeast works and can now make homemade bread, which she is really good at eating.
