Summary from Cedar Fort's website: Italian cooking has never been easier, nor more delicious! From her mother’s meatballs to easy but authentic pasta dishes, focaccia bread, and simple truffles, Shannon’s recipes will excite even the pickiest eaters. Bring your whole family together for a little taste of Italy with this delightful and entertaining cookbook!

I was super excited to be able to review this cookbook. I've actually looked at it at Costco a time or two and was excited to actually be able to sit down and read it. This cookbook is organized in kind of the normal way with appetizers, side dishes, desserts...etc. I liked being able to read where the dishes came from and I really enjoyed the cute quotes that were interspersed with the recipes. This is a really fun cookbook, I can't wait to try some of the authentic Italian recipes!
