I love the cover of this book, so mysterious! Just like the story. Fiona Claridge is just a normal college professor living in a small New England town. But she has a secret. When she was in college she was the driver in a terrible accident that killed her best friend, Mia and left her recovering from the trauma both mentally and physically. She's offended a student, Kimberly Bailey and when she starts getting packages and notes referring to Mia, she assumes that Kim is getting even with her for calling her on cheating on an essay. There is another possibility though, she runs into an ex-boyfriend who now has a wife, and the wife accuses her of cheating with her husband. Soon though, the packages stop and there's even more creepy, scary things happening to Fiona. She knows that she must be even more careful before someone gets hurt, or worse, killed. This book was amazingly creepy. I really enjoyed the mystery of who was after Fiona and why, I did not figure this one out before the ending where the murderer was revealed. I was way off with who I figured had done it. This was a fun and creepy book to read!
