I love to ready mysteries! Carol Higgins Clark and Mary Higgins Clark are a couple of my favorite authors. Carol Higgins Clark uses the same characters in most of her books, Jack and Regan Riley, they are a husband/wife team. Jack is a member of the police squad of New York and Regan is a private investigator. This book finds them on their first anniversary trying to have some time alone. But, that is not to be when a severe storm hits Cape Cod and a neighbor is apparently washed out to sea. This is a good read that keeps your mind going trying to find out who did it, and what will happen next!
